My Journey

I grew up online, breaking and rebuilding early websites just to see how they worked. That curiosity shaped how I see tech and what it can change.

Studying computer science felt obvious: I like logic, problem solving, and building things that are actually useful.

I recently graduated from Epitech Nantes. The project-led pace kept me curious and hands-on, and it gave me a clear view of real-world software challenges.

Technical Evolution

My first years at Epitech introduced me mainly to backend development via C or C++. These foundational languages taught me the importance of memory management, performance optimization, and understanding how computers work at a low level. This solid foundation was crucial in my development as a programmer.

I then had the opportunity to develop my skills in front-end and mobile, the areas where I'm most proficient, particularly in React, Angular and Flutter. The transition from low-level programming to modern web frameworks was fascinating, and I quickly realized the power of these technologies in creating user-friendly and responsive applications.

My year abroad in South Korea was a transformative experience that opened my mind to the desire to discover the world and work abroad. Living in a different culture, adapting to new ways of working, collaborating with international teams taught me invaluable lessons about cross-cultural communication and global software development practices.

Additionally, our final year project taught us teamwork across different time zones and delivering a complete, marketable deliverable. This experience was crucial in understanding the challenges of distributed development teams and the importance of clear communication, documentation, and project management in delivering successful software products.

My Goals

My final year was all about shipping real products. Working in a startup alongside Rails experts helped me level up fast and confirmed how joyful and effective Rails is.

I'm now focused on Rails and looking for new opportunities in France or abroad to ship robust, readable apps and keep learning.

Those five years taught me rigor, autonomy, and professionalism; skills I now pair with Rails and my international experience to help teams ship tools people actually benefit from.
