My Journey

I grew up online, breaking and rebuilding early websites just to see how they worked. That curiosity shaped how I see tech and what it can change.

Studying computer science felt obvious: I like logic, problem solving, and building things that are actually useful. I recently graduated from Epitech Nantes, where the project-led approach kept me curious and hands-on.

During my final year, I joined Kuartz, a small company where I discovered Ruby on Rails. Working with Rails developers who were also teaching at Le Wagon, I got mentored by the CTO and fell in love with the framework. That experience defined my path forward.

Technical Evolution

I started with C and C++ at Epitech, learning memory management and how computers work at a low level. That foundation matters, but I wanted to build things people actually use. So I moved to front-end and mobile—React, Angular, Flutter—and saw how modern frameworks make development faster and more intuitive.

Then Rails happened. At Kuartz, the CTO mentored me personally and I got to work with Hotwire, Stimulus, Turbo, RSpec, Kamal, Action Cable—the whole ecosystem. What struck me was how intuitive Rails is. You write less code, ship faster, and the conventions make sense. Being around Rails enthusiasts who were passionate about it made me fall in love with it too.

I also spent a year in South Korea, working with international teams across time zones. That taught me how to collaborate remotely and adapt to different working cultures. Our final year project reinforced this—we shipped a complete product while coordinating across continents.

My Goals

My final year at Epitech was about shipping real products. At Kuartz, working alongside Rails experts confirmed what I suspected—Rails is fast, intuitive, and powerful. It matches how I like to build software.

I'm now specialized in Ruby on Rails and looking for opportunities in France or abroad. I want to build robust apps, keep learning, and work with teams that care about clean code and maintainability.

Those five years taught me rigor and autonomy. Combined with Rails and my international experience, I'm ready to help teams ship tools people actually use.
